A weekend in Devon vlog

Over the Easter holidays we spent a weekend in Devon so we could see James’ family. It was lovely to get away for a few days after the stress of moving house recently. I’ve been wanting to vlog for a while and our weekend away seemed like the perfect opportunity. I’ve had this edited for around a week now and have just plucked up the courage to post it and change it from private. I would love to know what you think?

The boys don’t have any real cousins although we now say that they are it’s nice that Ava does and they were all so excited to see each other when we arrived. I can’t imagine what it must be like to live far away from your parents and your family. I know it’s not another country but its between 4-5 hours away or 9-10 if you try and travel peak times in the summer. Seeing how hard it is for James and his Mum makes me all the more grateful that I live close to my parents and my sister.

Poor Ava had a bit of a shock the day we went to Ilfracombe and she fell over in the sea. It was freezing so we had to rush her back to the warm car to change her, then took her straight back to warm up in the bath.

I love the beaches of North Devon, we have had so many happy days there so I’m looking forward to going back in the summer again with the boys and all the family.
