Hard To Buy For Men’s Gift Guide

Are you pulling your hair out searching for a gift for that hard to buy for man in your life? I have two of them, James and my Dad, who every year give me no ideas, and say they don’t want anything! Or what they do want (James I’m looking at you) is totally unrealistic! Think a new top spec BMW and that is his kind of taste. In other words, a present buying nightmare! I’ve been searching high and low and I ‘think’ I have found gifts that would be suitable for those hard to buy for men and  I have put them into a hard to buy for men’s gift guide. The best part is, they are all available online and so require no going out to the shops!

Mainline Menswear have a huge selection and a handy Christmas gifts section. After having a look through for a gift I spotted a pair of Converse* that I thought would be perfect. If they have a favourite brand it’s bound to be on there.

MorseToad offer personalised chocolates as an alternative traditional card. I love that you can personalise it even further with a picture card (credit card sized) inside that can be taken out. James still has his one on his desk from last Christmas.

‘The Smart Man’s Choice’ Dobell  is perfect to find a smarter gift. I just love all the Tweed jackets* as it’s a gift that will last. They have  a really great selection of items!

Blacks is the perfect place to look for a gift for those who love the outdoors. Wether they are in to climbing, skiing, camping or just for something warm. I’ve picked out some North Face e tip gloves* for James to use when he is coaching in the cold and a backpack* for when he is travelling.

I know Boxers are a bit of a cliche present to give, but if you are going to give them, make it some nice ones. Slaters have so many gift options from causal wear to brogues and suits. I picked out a pack of Calvin Klein boxers* for James as you can’t go wrong with them!

I found so many gift ideas on Tiso, from a GoPro (James) to the best walk’s books (Dad). I found a North Face Hoodie* that I think James will love and something for my Dad too, ticking off my two most awkward people to buy presents for in one place.

If you are looking for an experience gift try The National Trust Membership. It’s a gift that will last a year and hopefully help to create many memories.

For Coffee lovers I would definitely recommend Union Coffee. You can read my review here. Choose a bag or a gift box and select their preferred brewing method and strength. The coffee is amazing!

Looking for something alcoholic, then check out Dover31. You can find everything on there, including barware. So if they prefer spirits, wine, beer or maybe even champagne there is a drink for every taste. For James it would be a bottle of Malbec.

I have to mention Menkind in here as well they stock presents specifically aimed at men. I love their Christmas search function, the Grandad one gave me loads of ideas for my Dad. I particularly like the Harry Potter gifts, although they would be more for me! It’s a gadget lovers heaven on there!

I hope this hard to buy for men’s gift guide helps you to finish off that Christmas shopping!
