Treats and gifts are lovely, but here are some easy things that will make most Dads happy this Fathers Day. Now obviously I’m not a Dad so I have sourced the ideas in this post from reliable male/Dad sources.
- A bit of time alone
To do what they want whether that be watching the football or playing computer games without little interruptions. - A coffee or cup of tea
That hasn’t gone cold. If it is accompanied by biscuits or cake that would be even better. - Being able to go to the toilet in peace
Now I think Dads get to do this quite a lot but apparently it’s still up there on the list! - Breakfast being cooked for them
Deliverd to bed after a lie in. - Comfy sitting
For some this will be in their pants with a pot noodle and for others in the pub with a pint in hand. - Handmade card
There is nothing better than a handmade card they can proudly display. - Some kind of sport
Watching, playing (real or a game). Or a free pass to play Golf every Sunday it isn’t raining. - A drink of their choice
Served to them by their partner in underwear apparently! - Family Time
After some time to do what they want, they would love nothing more than spending time with the people that make them a Dad. - Cuddles
Because it’s nice to feel appreciated. Being told that you are the best Daddy in the World, also goes down well.
