Project 365 #7

imageIt’s open day at the gym James goes to on Sunday so we all go for a swim. My Mum and Dad meet us there and the boys are so excited to be able to swim with Ava. I’ve got her a baby snug wetsuit and she didn’t seem to get cold. After the swim the boys have dinner in the cafe and we manage to get a rare photo of us all.

I decide to take the boys to the Space Centre on Monday. They love it. It’s really busy so we will definitely go back later in the year as we didn’t get round it all. Ava screams the whole way home in the car. I’m surprised that she has any voice left by the end!

I’m absolutely loving the sun on Tuesday. Its a beautiful day. We go to one of my favourite places, Stanwick lakes and meet friends. Its so nice to be able to catch up and let the kids play together. I have to take Finlay to see the asthma nurse at the Doctors as he still has his cough. He gets a brown inhalor to take morning and night and we have to go back in a couple of weeks if it’s still no better.

Wednesday is another beautiful day. I have to take Ava for her injections first thing. The nurse is lovely and she doesn’t cry quite as much as last time. We attempt to go to a Frozen event, queue for ages to get anywhere near only to be told it’s been closed. So we head back to another country park, Irchester this time. The boys go to my Mum and Dads for a sleep over and I take a grumpy Ava home.

We spend the day at home Thursday as we had a bad night with Ava being sick and having a temperature. She really isn’t very well and spends the day being sick, cryng and sleeping. We can’t even get the Calpol to stay down 🙁 Luckily the boys are having a nice day with my Mum and Dad and go to the cinema.

Friday James picks up his little boy and they all play together in the garden. Still loving the sunny weather. Later we go swimming. Ava is better than she has been but we decide to not take her in the pool so I get to sit in the cafe with her and have a bit of girly time. After swimming the boys go off to their Dads for the weekend.

I get a present on Saturday. A beautiful white Chromebook, which I am using now, thanks James! I get to go for lunch with my old School friends. They haven’t met Ava yet and it was lovely to see them. I decide to treat James to a takeout as a thanks for my present and we watch a film.
