Living Arrows – Mummy and daughter time

It was just Ava and I from Friday evening till Sunday morning as James is away and the boys were with their Dad. I was worried it was going to be very quiet but it was lovely. We had a great time together.

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows, are forth”  Kahlil Gibran

I can’t believe how brave she is. She was completely fearless going over this bridge at Stanwick Lakes and loved the zipwire.

This photo was actually from earlier in the week but it was too cute to not post it. Every day on the way back to the car after picking the boys up from School she stops to look at these flowers and has a good old fell and sniff of them. She makes me join in too.

We were at Stanwick lakes a few weeks ago. It’s a great place for kids to explore #livingarrows

I sat on it with her as it was a big one that really bounced back. She would have gone on it on her own though! x
