“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows, are sent forth’”
Kahlil Gibran
One of my favourite days with the three of them this half term week was the day we went to Irchester Country Park. It has an amazing playground and different walks that you can do and we always have a great time there.
When I watch them all playing together and looking out for each other I know I am doing something right!
Ava can now go into the “secret pathways” as the boys call them and it was so lovely to watch her explore them with Kyle who is an amazing big brother too her. Finlay was up ahead checking which ones she would be able to climb, although given half a chance she would attempt them all. I’ve taken all three of them there from babies and I was telling Kyle how he would like going through one of the pathways that takes you off from the main part and past a pond. How on a summers day when the sun shines it seems to sparkle through the leaves and he would call it the magic path as a toddler. I feel so lucky to have now watched all three of them toddle down that magic path.
