We have been sent the original bacon curing kit above and I can’t wait for James to cure some more bacon. The spicy bacon we did earlier in the year was rather special! It was simple to make and the instructions were easy to follow. It’s definitely a gift I would get for him or others again and at £21 I think it’s definitely value for money for a unique gift or treat.
