I have another day of toddler allergy friendly meals, also suitable for BLW and children. I know that thinking of meals your baby, toddler or child with allergies can eat, can be a challenge. My allergy friendly meal ideas posts have been really popular, if you’ve missed them, you can read them here.
All of the meals are dairy, soya, egg, peanut and strawberry free. They could be adapted for any other allergies your baby or toddler may have. More details and links to the products I use in these meals can be found at the bottom of the post. Some of the meals will also be suitable for you to eat if you are breast feeding and also avoiding the allergens.
Ava is 18 months now and still on a limited diet. We got as far as soya lecithin on the ladder and nowhere on the milk ladder. We are used to what she can and can’t have but it can get a bit samey so I do try to offer her different meals.

Oat Dream milk (we tend to get whichever oat milk is on offer and stock up. This one doesn’t seem to separate as much as Oatly does).
